Dylan Grigg oversees the Viticultural management of the Vineyard. Dylan has a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Viticulture from the University of Adelaide (Waite).
He started in viticulture in the Barossa Valley, where he grew up, and this is where he learnt the basics, being involved in all facets of viticultural operations from development to management.
The challenges of cool climate viticulture drew him next to the Adelaide Hills wine region, where he managed two large vineyards. Whilst studying at the University of Adelaide he worked part time in the Universities Plant Research centre in the viticulture laboratory as well as for a leading industry consultant.
Dylan has worked in wine regions including the Barossa Valley, McLaren Vale, Langhorne Creek, Adelaide Hills, Waiheke Island(NZ) and now in the Yarra Valley.
