TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USE

1. We can only accept orders for delivery within Australia

2. There is no minimum order.

3. All prices include GST

4. If we are out of stock of any item you have ordered we will contact you to discuss a replacement.

5. Payment must accompany order. We use Paymates secure servers to processall payments from our website. Cheques, postal orders, Visa and MasterCard accepted for orders received by post.

6. We aim to deliver your order within seven to ten working days of receipt of order, but cannot guarantee that we will do so.
 
7. All goods must be checked at the time of delivery. Gracedale Hills Estate must be contacted within three days by writing or by phone, in the event of damage or loss.

8. All goods remain the property of Gracedale Hills Estate, until full payment of invoice price has been received.
 
9. Limitation of liability;
we are unable to accept liability for consequential losses caused by leaking or broken goods.
