The 2018 Shiraz cleanskin was handpicked later than usual due to the lateness of season. The vineyard was very kind to the wine this year resulting in a suburb vintage.
The wine was made with residual sugar, meaning it can be stored for lengthy time under the correct conditions.
We suggest to chill for 15 minutes in the Fridge, then open and pour but leaving in the glass for half hour to drink the wine at its best. If this can not be done, then don't refridgerate just pour and leave for 10 minutes before drinking.The Bouquet is of deep firm Berry Fruits, the first sip Blackberry and Pepper with a soft dry finish. ALC/VOL 12.5%
