This has been an exceptional year for the Yarra Valley producing some of the best quality wines.
The 2017 Shiraz is full bodied. The Bouquet has rich fruit, Blackberry and blueberry with a hint of cinamon and pepper. the palate is full with fruit and depth leaving lingering tannins.ALC/VOL 13%
The Shiraz is hand picked Estate grown fruit to ensure good quality. Gracedale Hills only makes 100 cases or 1200 bottles of all its varietys. Fruit is cut from the vines and left on the ground, this ensures the vines concentrate all their life into the fruit left on the vines for best quality.
