The 2018 Hill Paddock cleanskin Chardonnay was made from handpicked Estate grown fruit. The fruit was picked later due to the season, with our usual low sugar levels and full ripeness. The 2018 Hill Paddock Chardonnay has a strong Bouquet of crisp oaky Apple and Lime, the Palate is melon citrus fruit with good acidity to marry ripe fruit and creamy texture. It exhibits balance, liveliness and length.
Due to Covid we have released the 2018 wines as cleanskins, meaning no labels, to conserve costs where we can. We have not compromised the making of the wine, it has been made to our usual high quality standards.
